Webinar resource
On Wednesday 16 July 2025, NHS Resolution held a national journey to improvement webinar. The event was commenced with an introductory message from Megan Bidder (Director of Safety and Learning) and chaired by Caroline Latham-Parker (Safety and Learning Lead), who welcomed speakers from member trusts to share their improvement work aimed at strengthening engagement with patients’ families and staff.
We were also delighted to welcome Sarah Land from PEEPS, the charity supporting families who have a baby diagnosed with hypoxic-ischaemic encephalopathy (HIE), to represent the patient voice. Sarah kindly shared her family’s journey and how that led to the formation of the PEEPS charity and through this work was able to share what matters to the families they support:
The recording will be of interest to those looking for inspiration and examples of engagement with patients, families and staff to improve healthcare services.
Thank you to everyone that attended this successful and rewarding webinar.
