On 27 March 2024 our Safety and Learning team hosted a virtual forum on the recently published research conducted by Dr Rebecca Payne and Professor Greenhalgh into the safety of remote consultations.
The purpose was to share the findings and recommendations from the analysis of multiple sources of patient safety intelligence including claims and incidents data held by NHS Resolution, complaints received by NHS England and cases managed by Health Science Safety Investigation Body (HSSIB).
