NHS Resolution Report and Manage a Claim is the new portal available to member trusts and beneficiaries of NHS Resolution (NHSR) clinical schemes. This new service will replace NHS Resolution’s claims reporting wizard and has been designed to provide members and beneficiaries with an intuitive and reliable platform to submit new and potential claims (incidents). In the first instance this portal will be available for clinical claims only from 11 August with non clinical and EN claims remaining available via the wizard from 1 August.
All users must register with an individual account to gain access. If you have not yet registered, please submit a request on the Register form.
Once registered to use the service, most clinical claim types can be submitted, however it is important that users read the CNST and GPI reporting guidelines prior to accessing the service or submitting new claims.
Please note:
- At this time, non-clinical and Early Notification (EN) matters cannot be reported using this service. These matters must be continued to be reported via the NHSR claims reporting wizard until further guidance is provided.
- Currently, users cannot yet view or upload documents for reported cases. This feature will be available soon. Please email your documents to nhsr.claims.resolution@nhs.net with the case reference (CLMxxxxx) as the subject.
