These standing financial instructions are issued in accordance with the Financial Directions issued by the Secretary of State under the provisions of the National Health Service Act 2006 (as amended), for the regulation of the conduct of NHS Resolution in relation to all financial matters. They have effect as part of the Standing Orders of the Board of NHS Resolution.
These SFI’s detail the financial responsibilities, policies and procedures to be adopted by NHS Resolution. They are designed to ensure that its financial transactions are carried out in accordance with the law and Government policy in order to achieve probity, accuracy, economy, efficiency and effectiveness.
