The following information was requested:
1. The number of clinical negligence claims where the main injury is recorded as cerebral palsy, stillbirth, neonatal death, and paediatric death (paediatric death figures are only required if the initial claim type before the child died was cerebral palsy or brain injury).
2. The amount of compensation paid for each of these claim types for the years below.
3. Please provide the information requested above in 1 and 2 but specifically for the Royal Bolton Hospital.
