NHS Resolution and Care Quality Commission sign new Memorandum of Understanding

NHS Resolution and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) have signed a new Memorandum of Understanding.

The agreement sets out the framework to support the working relationship between the CQC and NHSR to promote the safety and wellbeing of the public receiving NHS funded health and social care in England.

The MOU is intended to inform members of staff, service users and the public about how CQC and NHS Resolution will work together, and to ensure that effective channels of communication are maintained.
