Primary Care Appeals successfully engages with ICBs to improve local decision making

Primary Care Appeals is meeting its priority to engage effectively with integrated care boards to improve local decision making.

In November 2024, the Head of Appeals and the Appeals service’s Technical Case Manager delivered a session to the Pharmaceutical Services Regulations Committee of the South West integrated care boards on key appeal decisions in order to support effective local decision making.

The session was received extremely positively, with delegates commenting:
