On 30 August 2024, NHS Resolution’s CEO Helen Vernon spoke virtually to patient insurers from Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland about NHS Resolution work in handling claims and sharing learning with the English healthcare system. As an organisation, we are committed to attending such meetings to ‘continue to work with other indemnifier/insurer organisations in the UK, Ireland and internationally to share innovations and developments for shared objectives’, as outlined in our current strategy Advise, Resolve, Learn 2022-2025.
