On 13 September 2024 NHS Resolution’s Safety and Learning team, in collaboration with HSSIB and NHS England hosted a virtual forum, on the benefits of implementing safety science in primary care, responding to patient safety incidents and the support available to staff working in general practice and primary care.
This will be of interest to both clinical and non-clinical staff involved in patient care across primary and urgent care .
