Catherine started her career as a human resources professional and is now Senior Delivery Oversight Manager in the North West region of NHS England. Catherine has an MSc in Human Resources Management and has achieved practitioner status in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).
Catherine also has a strong background in operational health service management, having worked for many years as a business manager and directorate manager for children’s services, in a large acute trust in the North West of England.
Catherine has a passion for education and workforce transformation, having held many varied roles in this area and she is a published author in this field.
