NHS Resolution is pleased to announce that Amerjit Grewal has been appointed as a new independent member of its Reserving and Pricing Committee, effective from 1 August 2024.
Amerjit brings over 12 years of actuarial experience to the role. She currently serves as Deputy Chief Actuary at AEGIS London, a position she has held since July 2022. Her career at AEGIS London spans five years, where she has progressed through roles including Actuary and Senior Actuary. Prior to AEGIS London, Amerjit held positions at several prominent organisations in the insurance and consulting sectors.
Amerjit’s widespread experience spans reserving, capital modelling, business planning and pricing. She has been actively involved with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) and was named Actuary of the Year in 2022.
Her expertise in the London Market and dedication to the actuarial profession will be valuable assets to the committee.
