Profile
Becky joined the Practitioner Performance Advice service as an adviser in secondary care in April 2024 after 20 years of working in senior HR roles primarily in the acute NHS sector. Becky has a particular interest in employment law, and in addition to her roles within the NHS, has extensive experience of managing and resolving complex employee relations cases, both as an independent consultant and as an associate for a law firm.
Becky is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, has a psychology degree and is also a qualified mediator.
