Profile

Kate joined the Practitioner Performance Advice service as a Case Adviser in June 2023.  She joined after over 20 years as a HR practitioner in the NHS, most recently as the Medical and Dental Business Partner at an acute trust in the Midlands.  In this role Kate supported the Medical Director and team with all employee relations matters related to doctors, particularly Maintaining High Professional Standards (MHPS) matters.

Kate is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, has a law degree and is also a qualified coach.  Kate is an accredited facilitator on the NHS Leadership 360 Appraisal Programme.  Kate is passionate about following the principles of a just and learning culture and promoting civility and kindness.
