Profile
David joined the Practitioner Performance Advice service as a Case Adviser in October 2022. He joins after 32 years as an HR practitioner in the NHS, the last 15 as a Director in organisations within the North West. David’s special interests are in equality, diversity and inclusion and employee engagement and involvement.
David has a particular interest in disability equality and was a key member of the national team that supported the development and implementation of the Workforce Disability Equality Standard (WDES) in 2018.
