NHS Resolution has responded to the Patient Safety Commissioner’s consultation into ‘Principles of Better Patient Safety’. The consultation seeks feedback on the Commissioner’s draft principles which will act as a guide for senior leaders on how to deliver safer care for patients and reduce avoidable harm.
We are supportive of the consultation and highlight key resources that may assist leaders being asked to implement the principles including:
