Primary Care Appeals has recently determined a number of disputes between general practices and NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSEI) where the practices had claimed that the demands placed upon them by the Covid-19 vaccination programme had meant that they had failed to submit on time, relevant claims for either flu vaccinations or childhood immunisations. Primary Care Appeals found in favour of NHSEI that it could refuse to make payments for late submissions. The determinations (references: 24570 of 28 July 2021, 24575 of 13 September 2021, 24585 of 17 September 2021 and 24574 of 21 September 2021) are available to view via our Primary Care Appeals Decisions page .
