NHS Resolution has provided a written response to the CQC’s recent consultation on changes for more flexible and responsive regulation in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, demonstrating support for the CQC’s approach. The consultation proposes changes to a number of areas of CQC responsibility, including how GP Practices and NHS trusts are assessed and rated, and measuring the impact of the CQC’s work on equality and human rights.
