On Monday 9 October, we held a face-to-face national emergency medicine conference, Implementing recommendations: shared insights to reduce claims in emergency medicine, at the Royal College of Physicians. The conference ran from 09:30-16:45.

We were joined by 150 delegates and representatives, ranging from staff working the frontline of the NHS in England to other health care bodies with an interest in emergency medicine.

The conference was co-chaired by Kate Eisenstein, Director of Strategy at Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, and Ian Adams, Director of Policy, Strategy and Communications at NHS Resolution.
