Profile
Paul has worked for Practitioner Performance Advice service since March 2003 when he was part of the team who developed the service in Wales. He managed over 80 assessments for NCAS in England, Northern Ireland and Wales including the first NCAS dental and pharmacy assessments. He started work as an Adviser in May 2015 and is a trained mediator. Prior to joining the service Paul worked for the housing department in Cardiff Council where he was a manager with responsibility for the management and allocation of housing stock in the south of the city. He also managed the homeless unit within the city with responsibility for the provision of services to homeless families for a number of years.
